Over a 18 month period, I was part of a team of MBA students who consulted and advised NIKE iD to develop strategies that heighten product awareness and understanding of the new, customizable footwear category, with a goal of generate an increased volume of sales.Weconducted surveys, focus groups, SWOT analysis and demographic research with final deliverables of a new value proposition, complete web redesign and recommendation on a revised business model.
